Typically there should be 3 BBs in the team (I blame MM if there isn’t), all 3 should stay more of less in the centre, take out the Missouri, and enter the bay at the same time. You need to be well in front of the transports, not letting them take hits for you. Both times some bozo diverted to "help" by denying me the achievement and leaving the troop ships unguarded. Both times I had already committed to the war crimes early. That is 100% of the Narai operations for me last night. Twice last night the reds got in amongst the troop ships. The bigger problem with Narai is everyone rushing off to kill transports or cv's and leaving the troop ships with NO protection.
